The simple reason is that the way Unifize is set up the fact that it ties the conversation about the process with the process itself.

It's very simple concept, but it's a very effective concept because previously it's very easy to think about those things in two separate silos. Our quality management system previously existed separate from the actual discussion of operating the quality management system in the first place.

Even after you've had a very productive meeting and people are on board, you've created a new solution to a problem.

Who is documenting that?

Who is keeping track of the action items at the end of a meeting? Well, people would do it through email. How are you following up on a list of 10 to 15 different action items in a single email? Who’s coordinating that? There is no way to keep everyone on the same page all the time without trading emails back and forth or having lots of different meetings about it, especially if whatever action items were involved were the kind that would take weeks and weeks to be able to fulfill.

And so Unifize just by dint of tying everything together in a single place, made that process significantly easier. And you know that that's the value proposition of, you know, modern CRMs and more modern ERPs. But there was never really a solution like that that existed on the quality assurance side. And so that's why Unifize was such a breath of fresh air.
Your team has a story like this waiting.
Bring the process that hurts most. We will run it on Unifize, live, on your own work.
