The biggest improvements are around visibility and accountability for us.

I'd say it's mainly a big quality of life improvement in how that process works. As a smaller company, we don't have a lot of personnel involved in the process as it stands, you know, there's a lot of responsibility and ownership between product leaders, quality control and so on, as well as a CTO.

And so we didn't see any efficiency gains in reducing manpower involved in executing the process because we didn't have a lot of manpower to begin with. But we saw efficiency gains in the quality of communication involved in executing the process itself.

We didn't have to ask if a certain document had been sent out to a supplier or if it had been sent back and filled out correctly. We didn't had to ask if certain coding documentation was already in place before we moved to another stage in the validation process.

We can see that it's already been done and so those questions, those conversations didn't need to happen again. It didn't need to happen in the first place.
