Calibrations and Preventative Maintenance both are managed within Unifize. That's something that was really novel with Unifize being able to build a Calibration and Maintenance Management system. A lot of other solution providers don't have that as a offering. So presently we have a 30 day notification that goes to our operations manager, and then he's able to schedule with our third-party calibration lab, who then comes on-site, performs those calibrations and then provides us with PDF records of those calibrations which we then attached to each of those individual assets.

Did it pass? Was it indeterminate? Was there OOT? Generate a non-conformance if there is an OOT. Depending on that result, if there was an indeterminate or out-of-tolerance, assessing whether or not we have to complete a non-conformance. So from a out-of-tolerance and calibration we're immediately able to create a non-conformance

and that non-conformance then pulls all of the associated information from that calibration event into the NC, through the automator. And from that immediately notify all of the required parties for a non-conformance investigation. So we have our operations and engineering and quality on our NC. So everyone is immediately notified. At the time of that record creation and immediately able to respond and investigate into that.

And so we were able to go from what had been static records that were just zipped together, and it was a flat document with no accessibility to the metadata, no accessibility to results, not able to really do any sort of investigations. Now with the implementation of Unifize, we were able to build out an asset management system, that we’re able to do all of our preventative maintenance tasks and scheduling in Unifize. Being able to have visibility in the manufacturing process to then

say when we're building this, here are the pieces of equipment used. And with a single click, being able to look at the history for that asset has been a huge boon for our company.
