Using dashboards on Unifize to make management review meetings easier

In terms of putting dashboards together, as an executive, one of the things that we do is understanding what type of data you need.

You have to know what type of data you need and then what in what format. I wanted to know, for example, high risk Non-Conformances and deviations.

I wanted to know high risk CAPAs and what their status are and which ones are close to closure and what is holding them up. Those are conversations I wanted to have at my fingertips.

The best place for that is your dashboards. We did dashboards for individuals so you could have your own dashboard, but you could also configure the dashboard for management review.

We used Unifize for management review. So instead of spending 15 hours being an analyst and getting somebody to put all these data together, the data was already available in dashboards, in Unifize.

So what we did is basically take a screenshot of the data and Unifize, and that would be a management review slide made it very simple. So instead of weeks of looking for data, aggregating them into sales and uploading them in a format that you want, you could just simply do a nice management review dashboard and then you could take a screenshot or email it or put in a PowerPoint presentation.

There very many ways of doing that, but you could easily have that information and have it in Unifize.
