How Unifize already had everything we were looking for

One of the big ones for us was ease of use, the training, implementation time, knowing that if it's not easy to use, if the implementation takes a long time, it was a tremendous amount of training. If the learning curve is large, the people aren't going to take an interest or they're going to, they're going to turn it off and they're just not going to embrace it.

Most of the software I looked at out there, I really felt like it was boilerplate, and aside from maybe moving a few fields around or changing color schemes, you get what you get.

So other key, other key factors we were looking for in the software is, is something that would help us with some of the core values, internal audits, non-conformances, voice of the customer or customer complaints. And then CAPAs, the corrective action process. And what we found is this is all part of Unifize.

It's all on the platform there are additional modules and that we can add in later as we go on. Other things that really are important to us is, is having software that could be tailored to to us. Something that was configurable, something with flexible feel, something that would allow us to tailor everything to our needs.
