Getting better visibility using Unifize Dashboards

Dashboards are a great way to communicate information to the organization or to a group of users as needed. So, for example, you know, we have a dashboard that will tell us when a change order is at a certain status that control needs to handle.

So everything's been approved and it alerts document control that implementation is required. And so we have a dashboard that collects all change orders that are at approved but not implemented status. And so it's really easy for our document control person to open up Unifize. And the first thing up on their homepage is kind of a list of things that aren't implemented yet that are ready to be implemented.

You know, they're rather than going to the whole list of change orders and trying to say, okay, what do I need to look at What's not ready, what's fully approved, what's not fully approved? We're able to filter out and create a dashboard to make it really easy to find what we need And so being able to have Unifize really unify all the information and get the collaboration, You're able to say, this is our single source of truth and this is where you have, you know, all the information that you need.
