The reason we are using Unifize now, We did get audited from a different government and we had to go back ten years to find the certs for the material that we shipped out.

I'm the only one that had it on the computer to find those certs or you had to go find it in the paper boxes.

We don't keep those after five years.

So it was back into my emails and I kept it by the supplier and that's how I could find them.

When we were looking for the audit, it was six weeks and there's five people constantly.

And I mean, I spent probably eight, ten hour days digging through, finding everything.

You had to find the part number, you had to find the cert.

You had to find which part it made because you got to drill down to what we cut it into.

But how it's sorted is all by supplier, so you have to know the supplier, you have to know the product, you have to know what you're looking for when you go find the source.

Unifize allowed me to move the certs to the PO, so now you're not have to find the supplier.

You're finding the PO with the material that came in on that PO.

So now you just eliminated going through all the conversations of the supplier folder.

Anyone that is allowed into Unifize can go into, type in the PO and there the certs are, so now they can find everything to that PO.
