Collaboration is just being able to have a smaller group, concentrated group on an issue, whether it be scrap, rework or whatever, and if something say we put that issue out in front of the group, within Unifize, It can be discussed within Unifize.

Not everybody, you know, not one person, you know, is going to have the answer. That collaboration brings everybody's ideas in. I was like, No, this is a better way to address that issue. That's what I like about it.
