Yes. So every time we have a non-conformance that arises in our products, it is initiated in Unifize, which again is a great tool because it has the linkages.

So you can immediately launch a Non-Conformance from the finished lot conversation that you've identified it and all of the data tied to that finished good lot is then automatically populated into the Non-Conformance conversation.

In a few clicks you can easily identify what raw materials were used within that non-conformance. If it was a packaging issue from a print supplier, you can quickly go see

if the issue was that the proof was approved and it was the wrong proof that we sent them or,
