Managing retentions with Unifize

So much like management of change. Another arduous process that's incredibly difficult to manage I've found over the years is your retentions. It's a requirement in the regulation you have to hold on to twice the amount of product needed to test it in the event of a problem, and you have to hold it for one year past the shelf life or two years from the date of shipment per the regulations.

So it's it's a beast that grows every day, every time you make product because you make product. And when you want retains, you need to be able to find them quickly because we're talking, Mock Recalls. That's great. That's why we where we road test it. But in a real scenario, you need to pull those retains now and because I've connected my retention bin and location and numbering and placement to the Finished Good Lot, when I get similar to customer complaints, if they say, here's the Lot right then and there, I know where it is, I can have it pulled and I collaborate in the environment and I say, Hey, at somebody at my team, pull these now and they're in bin 20 row left. It's immediate.
