Fostering a culture of continuous improvement with Unifize

Continuous improvement is obviously huge being in the quality realm. I mean, that's basically my day to day is what I focus on is improving processes, making things quicker, easier and more streamlined.

So, every time someone's collaborating in Unifize and we notice something's weird with the checklist or we need to tweak it, that's the beauty of it is it's not out of the box.

So we can quickly go into the managed settings, change it. We decide we don't want supply chain on this approval anymore. We can go and remove them and it's done like an instance, and then it's just a matter of dating our internal recipes to reflect that.

I think it's a huge tool aiding process improvement and getting us to the in line quicker.
