In this detailed video, Erica delves into the unique messaging and document management features of Unifize. She explains how Unifize facilitates specific conversation threads, such as for finished goods, artwork, or ingredients, allowing immediate access to relevant documents within these discussions. Erica contrasts this with Slack, where uploading and sharing documents is more cumbersome and lacks the context provided by Unifize's integrated system. She emphasizes how Unifize's layout enables users to quickly view dialogues and understand ongoing issues without extensive explanations. Additionally, Erica highlights Unifize's ability to hold users accountable and convey urgency in tasks, a feature she finds lacking in Slack. This video effectively showcases how Unifize streamlines communication and document management, enhancing productivity and clarity in workplace collaborations.

00:00 - 00:08
In Unifize, when you message someone, you're messaging someone in a particular conversation. So whether it be a finished good conversation, it could be an artwork conversation, it could be an ingredient conversation.

00:08 - 00:20
And when you message them, they can look and see what's going on and they can access the documents right then and there, if they need to access them for whatever reason.

00:20 - 00:35
In slack, you can't necessarily do that if you need to send that that you can send a document in Slack, but you have to go through the process of uploading and, you know, just pulling files and things of that nature.

00:36 - 00:46
However, with Unifize, everything is there and then you can see if there's like a dialog from other people. You can see that dialog as well.

00:46 - 00:58
In Slack, you may not be able to. You can add people into the conversation, but it just takes a little, you know, just sometimes it may get convoluted and things of that nature. So it's just like a great glimpse of what you need to see. So I don't have to use a lot of words.

00:58 - 01:07
You know, in Slack, you have to explain like, okay, this is what's going on. And, you know, you have to explain what your request is or what you're asking for, are looking for.

01:07 - 01:19
If you're in that conversation, they can see, I can look in the checklist. And if I pull this file, this is what the problem is or this is what I need.

01:19 - 01:25
In utilizing Slack, you do not have all the information right at your disposal.

01:25 - 01:33
In Unifize, you do. You know, you have your different files. And then if you need to message someone, the person is actually held accountable.

01:33 - 01:39
You know, it's more of you know, it's like an urgency, so to speak, making sure that whatever request you're asking or whatever needs to be done is is done.
