On return to investment, Unifize gives you what you need. At the end of the day, the reason why you have a quality system is because you intend to be compliant.

00:11 - 00:26
The return of investment is really compliance at the end of it. Are you able to be compliant? Are you able to answer the questions regarding your data? Are you able to access the right records in the right format? Are you able to defend the information that you have?

00:26 - 00:37
If you're able to answer those questions to the regulators, that shows that your company is in control and the regulations require that you show control, Unifize provides you with that ability.

00:37 - 00:49
It gives you the ability to determine what the level of control that you want to have. If some records and not that level, they don't need that level of control. You don't need to have that level control. You can.

00:49 - 01:01
change the configuration to allow for that. Otherwise, if it requires that level of control and those are sensitive files governed by the predicate rules, then you can add more controls that will give you the level information you're looking for.

01:01 - 01:12
terms of return to investment, at the end of the day, if you're a manager, you want to get there quickly, safely and compliance wise, you want to be compliant.

01:12 - 01:29
Why would you take the longest difficult route to get there? I think if you can get there quickly, safely it’s the best way to go. I'm from a school of Lean Six Sigma. If you want to lean something out, you don't go indirectly. You go directly.

01:29 - 01:41
And I think for those small size to medium size companies that are trying to get into this space, this is a no brainer to me. I think you can get there directly, quickly and safely.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
