Other things that really are important to us is, is having software that could be tailored to to us. Something that was configurable, something with flexible feel, something that would allow us to tailor everything to our needs.

00:14 - 00:26
Most of the software I looked at out there, I really felt like it was boilerplate, and aside from maybe moving a few fields around or changing color schemes, you get what you get.

00:26 - 00:42
In general, I think people will embrace change, but if they do find it as sort of similarity in how the processes were managed prior to a change, such as filling out a form, it just makes the process much easier and shortens the learning curve.

00:42 - 01:09
And so what Unifize did was it configured a lot of our basic forms to look and feel much the same. They had the same process flow, the same feel to that. So our non conformances in the Unifize platform just looks a lot like the visual basic non conformance that we had. And so for the people using it, it wasn't that big of a change to them.

01:09 - 01:31
What's really nice about it is it doesn't matter if you're looking at a non conformance or a voice of the customer, supplier rejection, they all look and feel the same. So it's a it's very, very common and very familiar to the folks to use that. Again, that really helps with the, with the learning curve.

01:32 - 01:54
What was really different is the fact that it's just now conversation driven and things just happened much more timely. We've noticed that every day, every day we see progress and how it's being embraced. The conversations within Unifize become more relaxed and it we just found ways to keep, to keep things moving forward.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
