You can also organize users into groups based on their roles and responsibilities. Next, when you open ‘My Inbox’, you'll see a list of all the process records you're a part of. In Unifize, every process record consists of a header with process metadata, a chat panel for team collaboration, and a checklist to capture structured contextual data at each stage of the process. In this example, we're inside an asset record where calibration data is completely traceable.

Under the calibration information section, you can define the calibration frequency, log the last calibration date, and link related calibration records for full visibility.
