You can also organize users into groups based on their roles and responsibilities. Next, when you open ‘My Inbox’, you'll see a list of all the process records you're a part of. In Unifize, every process record consists of a header with process metadata, a chat panel for team collaboration, and a checklist to capture structured contextual data at each stage of the process. In this example, we're inside an asset record where calibration data is completely traceable.

Under the calibration information section, you can define the calibration frequency, log the last calibration date, and link related calibration records for full visibility. Clicking on a calibration record opens the detailed checklist, capturing the calibration date, vendor results, and any uploaded certificate. Each entry is logged with full chat history for traceability across the lifecycle. You can also jump directly to the calibration vendor record to view contact details and their associated calibration history.

Since all records are linked, you can return to the asset and instantly view its full calibration chain from service intervals to vendor interactions, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits. Finally, from the sidebar, you can open the dashboard view to get a bird's eye view of all activity across your organization. This includes tailored dashboards like calibration compliance, or instrument status with interactive charts such as calibration completion rates, instruments due for calibration, and more.
