So with regard to training, Unifize allowed me to create that that structure of SOP to training, to job, to employee. But it also gave me this ability as a quality representative and the head of quality to audit and sort of sanity check myself constantly. And I did that by actually printing QR codes on our RFID badges, which is part of our our food defense and food security by, you know, an employee has to have this to even get in the door.

[00:30 - 00:48]
And so I said, well, what if I could print this reference QR code per employee? So my vision and Unifize helped me achieve this vision is I can walk out there, see an employee walking around, pull their badge, scan it with my the app and see are they current on their training. And as an internal audit tool, that's nobody does that

[00:48 - 01:08]
Unifize took that structure of of training to employee and then in the employee they help me generate a PDF just a one button click of generate QR code. And then I took that digital file and we printed on the on the employee badges. And right away I saw, well, wait, can I do it with more than just employees?

[01:08 - 01:26]
And so I took that concept and I applied it to my Raw Material Lots. So I'm walking around that warehouse while I said I can scan an employee and see their training via Unifize, I can turn to my left and see an ingredient with a little QR code on it and see its release status, see its test, see its supplier, see what products it goes into.

[01:26 - 01:34]
And I could do that right now and something that would normally take people hours. I literally could do in 3 minutes.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
