I think Mock Recalls to most people are a requirement. And one of those things that you just have to do and it's sort of a pain.

[00:12 - 00:32]
What Unifize because of the connectivity gave me even now, is something that you have to do it when you're doing a certification audit, for example, and you have a four hour window. It's sort of just part of your compliance and they say, okay, here's a finished good, here's a lot. Now do not pretend that there was a problem and do a Mock Recall and they give you 4 hours.

[00:32 - 00:49]
And in my history at other companies, you're hard pressed to hit that four hour timeline. My audit last year, I think it took us 18 minutes while we were walking around. He said, okay, we're going to do a Mock Recall of that Lot. Well, I scanned that QR code at my team and said, Hey, we're doing the Mock Recall on this while we're walking.

[00:49 - 01:05]
By the time we got back from our tour of the facility and our walk through, the Mock Recall was done and I actually it was done long before and I had the timestamps in there to prove it, which just kind of blew the auditor away of, okay, I see what you guys have. This is amazing. And that was his response.

[01:05 - 01:19]
And although because they had already connected the raw materials, they'd already connected everything about it was already connected just for me scanning that QR code, as I've said. And that traceability allows a Mock Recall to take no time.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
