The only other one that's worth to do worth bringing up is QT9. I was impressed with their platform, but their sales delivery of it was awful.

00:09 - 00:40
I had the executives in here, for that presentation and it was just a jumbled mess and what set Unifize apart ultimately was, the sales side of it being upfront of what the capabilities were and what they can become in the future and the collaboration, I think, collaboration within a conversation, making things more personal instead of somebody getting flagged by a piece of software saying, “Hey, you got a problem, go fix it.”

00:40 - 00:52
Well, with Unifize, we can collaborate. And I was like, okay, do we try this? You know, what's next? You know, what else can be done? And I think it (Unifize) set itself apart for that reason.

00:52 - 01:03
We're not sending emails or whatever we're doing everything inside Unifize smaller groups that can help everybody just concentrate on the issue that need solved.

01:03 - 01:17
To me, it's more personal because you can have one on one conversations, direct messages with Unifize with that individual that needs to address the issue it's kind of like a committee, that you don't have to take time for and find a conference room to sit down and discuss.

01:17 - 01:24
You can, you know, you can make decisions on the fly within Unifize. 100% accountability on our performance.

01:24 - 01:39
When we were looking for quality management systems, we were primarily concerned with something very easy to use and we can get 100% accountability of whatever, the quality performance of the facility.

01:39 - 01:41
We are able to gain that with Unifize.

01:41 - 01:54
Before that, you know, when we are pretty much paper based, my estimations were we were missing 30% of the records that we actually put out to the floor. We just miss it.

01:54 - 02:16
So our performance metrics were skewed always, and because we just didn't have the information back to us. Now with Unifize, it's always there. It's always in front of us. We even go back to say, if something takes two weeks to find a resolution on, we can go back and, you know, post-date it or move the date to the current day.

02:16 - 02:19
And that's when it happened.

02:19 - 02:34
So we've had unified for nine months now and I think we had a paper ticket turned in to us that was dated three years ago. Somehow it just reappeared. So we don't have to worry about that anymore.

02:34 - 02:45
Basically comparing QT9 to Unifize, both platforms did the same thing other than what Unifize stood out as is for the collaboration of the conversation.

02:45 - 02:54
The QT9 was just strictly record keeping. You put it out there, you know, somebody might get flagged that they need to do something, whatever. There was no collaboration with it.

02:54 - 02:56
So it wasn't as, you know, personal.

02:56 - 03:05
I know this is a big company and all that, but I still like the personal side of talking to our colleagues and all that and solving problems that way.

03:05 - 03:18
That was the main selling point between QT9 and because what QT9 had Unifize had also with the addition of the collaboration side, that's what set Unifize apart from QT9.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
