Jarod Markley shares how Recovery Force Health replaced paper-based training with Unifize, automating assignments, grading, retraining, and reminders. The system eliminates manual administrative work, provides real-time dashboards, and ensures full visibility into training compliance across the organization.

00:04 - 00:39
Our implementation of Document Control and Training Management has been a huge change for Recovery Force Health. Previously, paper-based training and so when a document would be revised, we would create individual training records and send those out to each associate for them to complete their quiz, sign the document, and then physically scan and upload into a zipped folder, once everybody was complete.

00:39 - 01:07
And that's every single time a document was updated. So it was very labor intensive on purely administrative tasks. And with our implementation of Unifize, we have eliminated all of the administrative effort that went into that previously. So create a new profile for a person, assign them to the specific training groups that they need to be assigned to, and the system immediately sends out all the training to that individual.

01:07 - 01:30
And so once those individuals then complete the training, their status gets updated and we're able to then see as well if retraining has to occur, if they fail the test it automatically generates a retraining therefore, automatically grades the test where we also had to manually review training records previously. And then go back to the person if they failed it.

01:30 - 02:01
Automator runs and literally sends out a notification, generation of a training record, for every associate that is tied to that document. Once that is approved, and then each of those individuals gets a notification immediately, and then I’m able to follow up, and based off of the reminders, you know, a 14 day due date for the training, if they don’t complete it in that time it’d able to send out reminders, and then I’m able to see fully in the dashboard, the status of everyone’s training.

02:01 - 02:15
So we have really from, a Training Coordinator responsibility essentially eliminated, that position, all of those administrative tasks are eliminated with our implementation of Unifize.
