So our major brands that you may be familiar with are Petriva, Eugenics and stuff like. And on the healthy direction side of the business, we have doctors preferred line, which is now launching. They have the Dr. Sinatra, Dr. Whittaker.

00:13 - 00:25
Every day they're growing. So we're in, GNC is one of our biggest partners, but we've just recently gotten to Target, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, I mean, you name it, we're trying to infiltrate everywhere.

00:25 - 00:39
So Brandon Adcock is our co-founder, one of the three co-founders and almost 11 years ago we originally started as a company called Direct Digital because our main drive was direct to consumer. So all on like Internet sales directly to the consumer.

00:39 - 00:49
And when I first started at the company, which was six years ago now, it was a team of 20 of us and there was no product development team or quality team that even existed on this side.

00:49 - 01:10
So I was brought on board to help build up the entire quality department to what it is today. And since then, we've acquired numerous companies, Renew Vitality, Healthy Directions, Biovation being one of them, and we've merged with Nutrisystem and then Jenny Craig as well. So now it started as 20 plus employees, we’re over 800 now.

01:10 - 01:16
So I think Adaptive Health is unique in that quality is a part of the product development process from the start.

01:16 - 01:30
Having a greater say in the raw materials that we were sourcing, being able to vet them and make sure we're using high quality materials that our team is identifying rather than commodity ingredients that a lot of manufacturers use that get cheap.

01:30 - 01:44
We have a greater say in that. And then seeing it all the way from cradle to grave on how their manufacturing a process is making sure the right quality processes are in place. So we're producing high quality, best possible products to our customer, at the end of the day.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
