What distinguishes you from everyone else?

We are the only software tool on the market today that implements objective-driven conversations for customer-facing teams at companies that sell customized or technical products and services.

What happens if I wait?

We are discontinuing the 30 day free trial, so you’ll soon have to pay to try the product. You’ll also have to pay for implementation costs and won’t get any free communication process consultations.

Are you guys going to steal my credit card and run away?

How much does it cost?

There is a tiered costing structure between USD 15 and USD 100 per user that depends on usage and privileges, which we can explain in detail on the demo call.

What's included in the demo call?

We’ll mock up a version of the app based on your organization’s processes and show you how it works.  We’ll also explain pricing and next steps in detail.

What does Unifize integrate with

Unifize has a deep email integration, meaning you can start any conversation from email and it links with your inbox. We are also able to integrate with most third-party ERP or CRM, including Salesforce, SAP and Oracle.

How do I know your solution will work for me? Who hasn't it worked for?

If you are managing a lot of communication-driven processes, Unifize will work for you. However, if your sales processes are binary and don’t require a lot of coordination or collaboration, you might be better off just using a CRM or project management tool.

What are typical contract terms?

We have a SaaS model, so you pay per user or per month or per year. You can cancel at any time.

We’re a team of technology enthusiasts who’ve spent more than 15 years each dealing with real world problems in sales & operations.

Are there any long term contracts?

We offer month-to-month payments, but also offer discounts on contracts that are paid in advance for 12 months.

Where did you get the idea to offer this solution?

Lakshman and Ben spent 15 years running sales teams at engineering, manufacturing, supply chain companies. We had implemented all types of CRM and ERP systems to try and make things work better, but realised that existing tools suffocate communication.
